Pav Bhaji Ingredients.
Simple and Quick Pav Bhaji in Pressure Cooker or Instapot as well.
I will be making in the pressure cooker.
veggies for pav bhaji:
2 large potatoes
One large onion - cut medium size
2 large Tomatoes - cut large Pieces
1 Medium Carrot - cut in large pieces.
½ cup cabbage
½ cup cauliflower florets
½ cup capsicum cut in large pieces. (use one red, yellow, green color ones if you can.
½ cup peas
⅓ cup Toor dal
3 Garlic cloves
½ cup tomato sliced
1 tablespoon tomato paste.
Small piece of ginger
One or two dried red chilis
1 tablespoon lemon Juice.
1 Tablespoon of Tomato paste for color
other ingredients for pav bhaji:
2 tablespoons butter
1⁄2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
1 to 1.5 teaspoons kashmiri red chili powder
2 cups water
salt as per taste One tablespoon.
1.5 to 2 tablespoons pav bhaji masala
1 to 2 tablespoons butter to be added later
accompaniments for pav bhaji:
1⁄2 cup finely chopped onion + 2 tablespoons coriander leaves - mixed well 2
1 lemon - chopped in wedges
Finely chopped tomatoes for garnishing.

1 cut lemon- In small pieces – to squeeze on the pav bhaji as desired.
10 to 16 pavs or as needed for your family. (The soft Pav Bhaji Pav).
